Marco Polo Intercontinental works in partnership with our freight forwarders to provide a timely and safe delivery for bulk supplies of consumer and grocery products and has the expertise to handle dedicated full container load shipments. Our freight forwarders have the experience to properly load containers securely, bracing shipments for the hazards and complications encountered with ocean cargo shipping
Many countries and also in some cases individual companies have their own strict packing, crating and shipping guidelines. We ensure our shipments fully conform to the requirements of the destination country, port and clients needs. As well as ensuring the physical shipment adheres to these guidelines we back this up with the provision of proper documentation specific to the destination requirements to ensure our supplies are swiftly moved through the import channels and onto our clients.
We monitor the progress of each shipment to ensure its being efficiently handled at all stages and can provide in transit reports to our clients as needed to keep them informed as to the current status of their shipment.
